“Excellent location and large room. Batteries meant tv wasn't working, but even though it was late, staff immediately sorted out new ones Friendly staff.”

“After I have discovered Travelodge has doubled billed me, I feel unhappy. And I cannot get speedy response from Travelodge why you billed 2 same amounts on the same day on my same account for one transaction.”

“The Travelodge was easy to find and there is a Subway ,garage and Burger King Close by. The room was sufficient for 3 adults. The staff were friendly and supplied fresh towels,an extra mug and extra toilet rolls on request. Parking was right outside the hotel - it did seem packed late evening but we got parked ok. The price was very reasonable for 2 nights. The bathroom was very clean but a bit shabby. Great location to visit Lincoln.”

“Room okay but for family with 10 years old and 14 years old beds very small Restaurant far too small for all the guests for breakfast with long waiting times for any food as containers with hash browns or scrambled egg, pancakes etc… so small in this buffet that after two/three people put on a plate you had to wait another 10-15 minutes for more food. No one was even checking if you paid for breakfast or not so I suggest they should start take times from guests when they want to come for breakfast that would definitely help”

“stayed at same place a few times ,not up to scratch this time in correct booking meals not cooked properly 2 staff up front under pressure no hot water for tea or coffee after dinner. i think this was a management problem.{ having said that we will be giving it another try in july.ROY MASON.”

“The room was very small. I couldn't fit in the bathroom without having the door open. I couldn't close it when I sat on the toilet. There was only a small shower cubicle. No bath tub. The room creaked. The back panel to the bed was wooden and that made noises when I turned the light on but even when I turned it off, it continued to making noises. Another guest who had a room a few doors down, had a dog. I heard it bark as I walked past the door and it continued to bark. Even when I was in my own room. I heard in bark again in the early hours and again in the morning. I don't understand why you allowed dogs in the hotel? I also found the covers too heavy. I didn't sleep a wink. I couldn't wait to leave and come home so I can get a decent nights sleep in my own bed. I'll never stay in another Travelodge for as long as I live. I left something in the room and tried to contact Travelodge but the number provided on their website is a premier number. I finally found my room card which provided a number to ring, for some reason this was a London code. I rung them, only to be asked to ring tomorrow when the cleaning manager was back at work. Why wasn't I offered for them to ring me back? Why do I have to go to the inconvenience. I did however, find the staff at this Travelodge to be friendly.”

“Very clean room, plenty of parking and restaurants close by, as well as an express shop so very convenient. The only slight negative is the lighting in room, it's very dim.”

“You lose your basket contents when you log in. Credit card details are held but cannot be edited by the user. Otherwise, the experience is good.”

“Very easy to navigate and book. If I had a slight niggle, it would be that booking the flexible rate, payments still have to be made in full. Other hotels only take full payment if booking the non refundable option.”
