“Website reservation was very good along with all information. We worry about contract carparking as we've fallen foul of it a couple of times. It is a shame that WiFi isn't free. We are looking forward to the trip.”

“Yes it was very quick when on the correct site, unfortunately went into a mock travel lodge site and was charged double before I realised. It must have been a scam. Perhaps your company need to investigate, not a pleasant experience.”
