“I wasn’t able to stay in allocated room as carpet was dirty not habitable room I had to go to Premier Inn instead as Travelodge was fully booked so I am expecting a refund I did speak to customer services I am waiting for a refund please”

“We went to the Travel Lodge south promenade. Wrong travel lodge, having just paid £28 for 2 days at their overflow car park. We waited around 29 mins for the attendant to come back. He ever appeared. We then went to Travel lodge south shore. Checked in, room find apart from no soup in dispenser and brown mark on quilt cover. Reported to reception and 8 hours later still none has come to sort it. Had meal in hotel, enjoyed the meal. Bar had no ice for drinks. Service slow.”
