“Email asked for review of booking & NOT my stay. As haven't visited yet I can only review the booking experience. Was easy to use website, however you should be aware of what is & is not included but can be purchased as add ons or extras, like WiFi, breakfasts & dinners if you require them, I did not. I had to speak to my hotel to clarify accessibility concerns & they were very pleasant & helpful. Overall for me was a 5 star experience.”

“The website is generally easy to use and locate hotels at a cheaper rate nearby, I'd like a loyalty system as I've used many hotels recently and at least provide free WiFi especially if you're trying to charge £150 for a hotel that I know is looking tired. The sudden price hikes sometimes within hours of looking at a hotel are very irritating.”
