“Had a very pleasant stay, a contract window cleaning service would present better as that let it down a little, also subtitles on the tv are a necessity as hearing at any age can be a huge problem . Hope it keeps to the standard it's at.”

“Loved our stay stayed at the same place twice this month may only be two star but the place is spotless we stayed in the accessible room and plenty of space to get around staff are amazing especially Jennifer she goes above and beyond to help we’re she can . There is also a male member of staff unfortunately I do not know his name he is however relatively young and his manners are impeccable he too goes above and beyond to help . It was raining heavy and I was going out for fresh air he went and got me a ☂️ umbrella to keep me dry . Highly recommend this travel lodge and will be booking again in the near future as their are lovely shops and cafes in the area we stayed at the travel lodge in Sutton Coldfield”

“Show easy for booking a room on the Travelodge app, Just add a postcode to where you want to go and it found me a Travelodge nearby, brilliant”

“We were extremely disappointed that the lift still was not working. We both are in our seventies and were put on the 3rd floor. We assumed it would have been repaired as we stayed there 3 months earlier and it was not working. The receptionist said it's not worked for 6 months. A company the size of Travelodge should have this working again in days.”

“Easy to follow except wifi, we are there 2 nights took me a while to work out how to increase Wi-Fi purchase from 24 hours to 48”

“Really nice guy on Reception who checked us in. Was friendly and helpful. Room is fairly basic, as expected, but unfortunately on the night we stayed it was very warm and humid so the room was stifling and the small fan whirring away made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. I would stay again, but not during hot weather.”
