“When we arrived my wife went for a shower after a long travel. However the shower backed up with water. The attendant dealt with the matter quickly thankfully so all of us could get showered. The overall room However was crampt for a "family" room and we thought it was strange that neither of the beds had duvets on them and instead they were rolled up under a chair. We quickly realised why; the room was unbearably warm and there was no AC to help. We also didn't have any hand-wash or hair/body wash in the dispensers- thankfully We had our own. Overall the room was disappointing to say the least but thankfully the fact it was close to many amenities meant we spent very little time in the room.”

“The problem was that I could not pay via your payment system as it would not accept my postcode. I had to use paypal. Can you look into why your system rejects my correct postcode? Belgium 1950. Paypal got it right.”

“The room, on the top floor, was quiet. There were stains on the duvet cover which should have been seen and removed. Better next time?”

“Very basic accommodation with no frills - in the right place, & not especially cheap, but you get what you pay for! WiFi ought to be free as it is with other chains.”
