“I found that the online experience of booking Travelodge was quite straightforward and the website reasonably comprehensive. The 2 things which I feel could be improved are a direct link to the Trustpilot reviews advertised for each one (the rating is given, but there is not a direct link to see them - I had to go direct to Trustpilot). Also, the level of information about parking is not comprehensive enough.The 24 hour rate is given, but it doesn't say what happens if you leave the car park and. then return later in the day (I assume most people will want to do this). I had to call the Travelodge directly to ask these questions. Parking is a fairly major factor in deciding where to stay.”

“A little difficult when paying. Seemed to want me to use Apple Pay. Nearly ended up booking twice. Directions need to be a bit clearer. Other than that very good. Would it be possible (maybe is but haven’t found it) to find the cheapest hotel in a say 15 mile radius?”

“Booking process is quick and easy, especially if you have an account set up. Add ons and optional charges are clearly explained. Lose a star because the use of discount codes is problematic and doesn't always work first time/ lots of restrictive conditions.”
