“My last experience with Travelodge was in Rustington and was excellent so when I decided to go to Weston-super-mare I had no hesitation in looking for Travelodge.”

“Well, I THINK I have been asked to review the booking process rather than a specific hotel! I frequently book Travelodge hotels - generally speaking the process is clear and effortless with an immediate invoice and booking confirmation. I very much like the 'best price' feature (although initially it took me a while to recognise what this was!) - it is also great that various other hotels nearby also come up on the display (if you choose a non specific hotel). Other hotels could learn a lot from their booking process. The only thing I am not happy with is the cost of calling Travelodge - although once you have arrived, they forgive an 0800 number to directly call reception.”

“Little bit tired now is this lodge, (Hartlepool) and needs a little TLC, however the room was fab, super comfy, real real quiet and in a fantastic location. £3 for wifi for 24 hours was a little bit unfair, but has free parking so I guess that made up for it. We are staying again but this time in a Room Plus room.”

“I found that the online experience of booking Travelodge was quite straightforward and the website reasonably comprehensive. The 2 things which I feel could be improved are a direct link to the Trustpilot reviews advertised for each one (the rating is given, but there is not a direct link to see them - I had to go direct to Trustpilot). Also, the level of information about parking is not comprehensive enough.The 24 hour rate is given, but it doesn't say what happens if you leave the car park and. then return later in the day (I assume most people will want to do this). I had to call the Travelodge directly to ask these questions. Parking is a fairly major factor in deciding where to stay.”
