“I have been trying since early afternoon (29/06/2023) to manage my booking at the London Central Tower Bridge Travel Lodge (Booking reference 1568331251) as I had to travel home due to a medical emergency. The telephone system cut my out without an operator on several occasions. I did speak to someone eventually who directed me to the website to amend the booking. Again I have had no success and stand to lose £173.00 which i really can ill afford. I am frustrated, dissappointed and quite angry at the poor level of service and would appreciate somebody from customer service to assist.”

“As an upcoming business, I would have thought that we could have received a better discount on our recent booking. We have twelve engineers that will require accommodation regularly this year, So hopefully moving forward, we can reach a suitable agreement for both parties. regards, Mark Webb”

“The website is really difficult to use to book rooms. My wife, who trains IT users, found difficulty in booking us two rooms for one night. I like Travelodge, but I will try others rather than struggle with their online booking system.”

“Aware the lifts were out of action when we booked. Room good size & had 2 chairs - a bonus! A little dated & not as clean as we would expect. A little over priced but it served its purpose. Good selection at breakfast but would have liked the bacon cooked a bit more, loved the sausages!”

“Stayed before. Good location to shopping centre and near enough to visits friends and family. Coming back for 2nd visit hope I get room over looking the lake that is really nice. Free parking at hotel a bonus. Helpful staff.”
