“Room was basic but done the job intended, bathroom not as clean as would liked around shower area mould build up around bath sealant and run marks probably from cleaning materials down inside of bath , not as clean as your competitors this time . Guidance for breakfast not 100% clear to as it’s 1st Time stay in this particular hotel , although the welcome was good at reception”

“Awful app, when using the cheapest price finder automatically reverts to 1 guest, then when you add more guests the price almost doubles. Otherwise love Travelodge for value for money.”

“Very easy to book what I needed. Only option I didn't have was to add a travel cot for my newborn baby so just hoping they have 1 when I get there.”

“Sadly an event I was due to attend was postponed due to a strike. When the new date was announced, I clicked the "amend booking" button, expecting a complicated process - the change happened in a flash! Thank you Travelodge!”

“You know what you are getting when booking with Travelodge. The beds are large and comfortable . The rooms are generally clean. Private en suite however the shower curtains tend to stick to your skin when washing. Otherwise good for a budget hotel chain.”

“Would like to be able to put in special requests.. although appreciate that these might not be fulfilled. No one answers the phone if you dial the number given on the booking form at your chosen hotel.”

“Avoid any room with an even number. All the those room windows back onto a very noisy building probably a refrigeration unit. The humming makes it almost impossible to sleep. This is with the window firmly shut. A friend has an old numbered room with no noise.”

“It was ok but I tried to speak to customer service and didn’t get to speak someone but have been charged for the call by my provider. Also signed up for email offer which didn’t come so have now booked but so much more than last year (perhaps energy prices).”
