“Very easy to book. 10 minutes job done.”

“The lift was not working had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage staff were very apologetic.. not their fault and were offering to carry luggage however this cannnot be good for staff wellbeing either”

“The booking process is easy. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always book an accessible room. My first experience was disappointing because the large bathroom had rails but an over-bath shower, which I can't use. When I queried it with Reception they offered to move me but for a one-night stay I didn't want the inconvenience. The advice was to phone after making a booking and explain that a walk-in shower or wet room is needed. I have done this for all my recent stays and the system works perfectly. The room is a very good size and the breakfast is excellent. I have never stayed at a busy time (children going to Chessington World of Adventures) so I don't know how adequate the parking will be. Up until now, we have been able to park very easily near the entrance. The price varies considerably.”
