“We stop off at Severn View M48 on our way to/from Cornwall. The staff are so kind and helpful, like when I had to rinse out hubby's shirt because of a spill, they even gave me a plastic bag to put it in as it was damp. We travel with our pet cat, one time she had a scare, pulled her head out of her harness and ran off. The staff were just great.”

“Good places to stay but rooms are a little lacking for the price nowadays. No hairdryer, no aircon in the ones I’ve stayed in and bathrooms a little tired. You need to come up to Premier Inn standards as your prices are the same now”

“The website was extremely glitchy. When I signed in and tried to make a reservation it would not accept my zip code as valid. I even checked my account information to confirm and the info they had listed showed my correct zip. When I tried to contact someone online, there was a message no one was available. I restarted my laptop to erase the sign-in and tried to reserve a room. it got to payment confirmation, I added my payment info, it then kicked me to the previous page. I had no way of knowing if the transaction was completed. I had to wait until the next day to check my credit card site to see if I had been charged. I didn't want to try and make a reservation again and then be billed for 2 rooms on the same nights. I've been happy with the Travelodge hotels themselves, but the site is hideous.”
