“Had a very poor frustrating experience trying to book my hotel on your website as the Payment page kept freezing or not loading. I spent numerous times trying and different devices over two days to the same experience. I was nearly giving up and looking on booking.com when your payment page came to life and actually processed!! Nearly lost my business by poor website”

“Getting a reservation in the UK for September was fairly easy. However, cancelling one reservation was hard to do: when going through the process it would be interrupted, ( and ended), with a message that said it was interrupted hue” to an unexpected error”. Very frustrating.”
