“I got to the point on the website to book, but could not see how to pay, so had to phone the EXPENSIVE booking line for help. The helpful young lady pointed me in the right direction and I was eventually able to pay. I have never had this problem before. Hence the score of 3.”

“Breakfast was not good. When asked for a refund was told No. Had a problem with our room and asked Manager to look at it , they said no!, Travelodge normally amazing very disappointed”

“what can i say been travelodge woolley edge southbound many times now and still keep coming back as staff very friendly and very helpful they welcome u with smiles and chat the rooms we have always been clean tidy and fresh see you in july”

“I arrived a day late, so that morning I called to ensure my room wasn't given away. As I went to check in, the first thing they said was 'your room has been given to somebody else'. Not an impressive start. The carpets along the edges of the walls are filthy and my room smells like a urinal. I won't be coming back to this Travelodge.”

“Very tired building and furniture, shower only just warm enough, atrocious WiFi we paid for. However the staff members, particularly Michelle on Friday and Cidy on Saturday were super helpful and friendly,,,, pay them more!!!!”
