“Was pleased with being able to book time and place easy enough but after, saw advert for Trivago and thought I would test it out. Shocked to see I could have saved £79.50. I find this appalling. I thought going direct would be cheaper and feel I have been ripped off. I often use Travelodge and am very sad there no loyalty from you on prices.”

“I needed to contact the customer service as I got stranded in Birmingham with no trains and when I finalised my prepaid stay for that night, it changed to the lower offer on 18th June. No phone service. No operators in the live chat.No room and up to 5 Wd to have a reply to my email :/”

“Good basic rooms but never yet been in a Travelodge with working internet which is not very good for business travelling and they need to stop profiteering with prices on Saturdays and ban holidays”

“Looking to stay in Maldon for a friend's gathering on a Saturday night in August. Kept looking for a while as prices changed but overall it was quite expensive. Anyway had to give in and book just case I couldn't get anywhere. Booking process was straightforward but expensive on a room only basis.”

“Site is easy to use and quick. Low rating because the price is getting out of line with what people can afford. OK I understand I am staying over a weekend just to go to the NFL game at Wembley and you are going to make your teeth meet and make as much as you can but with ticket prices hotel I doubt I will be back next year!”

“Your website is confusing regarding car parking for guests. We have frequently used Travelodge across the UK and the norm has been FREE PARKING for 24 hours. On the one site we visited it states 'Free Parking' for 24 hours and the other site states there is a 'Parking Fee'. Hope you can clarify this.”
