“Very dated hotel, not a single usb charging point available, mouldy bathroom tiles, stained carpet, filthy kettle and vastly overpriced at £119.99 per night. More like a £40 a night youth hostel.”

“At first your website told me there were no hotels in Illminster. It did this 3 times. Ignoring the website I went to Google and found it thereunder went from there to book through my account. It was easy.”

“I have not stayed at this Travelodge yet, but the booking procedure was straight forward, and when I rang to ask if I could have an accessible room on the ground floor, the staff member quickly booked this for me.”

“Hi I have found booking with Travelodge very easy and pleasant looking at what the site offers is very good my only question I have is, why make a charge for Breakfast when really the cost per room should be reflected by offering a Breakfast in with the cost of the room stay???? Something I am surprised at why Travelodge do not do this after all the room charges are high enough to make breakfast in with the overall cost of stay. Apart from this question I am happy to do business as a Client and know that I am getting value for money the rooms are great and I look forward to my stay.”

“We stayed at Wellington Travelodge. It is handy for M5 but you need to drive into town if you want to find somewhere to eat. Our room was at the back and we did notice noise from the busy road beyond the trees. The room and ensuite were spotless and the bed was comfortable. We never managed to get use of the "free" Wifi By the time we came back from our meal we didn't want to bother and we left early.”

“Previous to my arrival I checked if I could drop my bags earlier and reception said yes , on the day of my arrival receptionist(Libby) denied this request she wasn’t professional and unhelpful .”
