“Good selection of places but couldn't find any of the held advertised Couldn't book at the one I wanted to when tried earlier, we know some rooms are held back to push prices up”

“No a very present experience. Room offered was right next to the lift shaft that obviously needed servicing as the noise resembled a motorbike. Moved to another room before unpacking which overlooked an inner yard piled high with pigeon s**t. Email message from the hotel prior to our stay stated free onsite parking was available but this was not true. Ended up with a parking fine whilst unloading in the unloading bay outside due to time taken in exchanging rooms. Booked for two nights but left after one night due to poor service. Never again in Travelodge.”

“Being of the dinosaur generation I find your prices being a constantly moving target very disconcerting, but no doubt that it is the way for you to make the most profit. It would be more convenient, for the customer that is, to be able to see , in one place, the price, availability, and location of rooms all along a chosen route so that we can pick the best option. In the time it takes to check out an alternative option the price of the original choice gazumps. Your staff are always pleasant, locations are usually convenient, facilities are adequate (but the baths are a bit short). Thank you for the service and for your tolerance of the mild grumpiness (about the pricing) of a man if my age.”

“Kelly and Hallie were superb in helping me correct an error I made with my booking. They were also very informative in giving details of facilities in and around the hotel plus others slightly further afield. Nothing was too much trouble as it’s obvious that they both care for the hotel and residents.”

“I have been going to Glossop travelodge for several years now and it's always clean and they are very polite, only problem I had when I stayed may half term, the room door wasn't shut properly when I got to it, so anyone could have got in there”
