“Inconsistent pricing. Looked at booking in at Chaddesden, only twin rooms available, but at least half the price of Nottingham.”

“Had a lovely warm welcome by Myra who’s a credit to your team/business. She helped me navigate to my meeting that’s a few miles away and gave me some tips of where to visit for drinks. Keep tight hold of her! If I worked in hospitality, she would be the exact sort of person I would want in my team. 5stars to her. The hotel is what I expected, you get what you pay for, but the staff generally make these cheaper hotels a lot more of an enjoyable experience.”

“I tried to book this stay on line and failed three times, first time a logged in and went through the booking process, firstly it asked me for my post code which I filled in, it then asked me to select address which I did and came up this address does not exist!!!! So started again this time it accepted address, got through to payment used Apple Pay payment failed!!!! So started again this time I signed in using same sign in details and was told not recognised!!!! Eventually having used the same details it let me in again, this time at payment I used my credit card again it came up failed!!!! So I thought third time lucky so I used my debit card, and despite getting the authority from my bank it failed again!!!!! Eventually a friend suggested I download the app and this time booking was complete. Certainly not impressed with the booking process, only gave it one star because it wouldn’t except no star”

“Made a mistake area of London I was supposed to book got no help switching areas not like they would loose money but they would not help. Said I’d have to book another and loose all my money - great service - NOT !”

“I tried to book on Monday but my payment wouldn't go through. I don't think it was a problem with Travelodge, though, as I heard Mastercard was not working properly. I booked on Tuesday with no difficulty at all.”

“Your staff had patiently helped me successfully booking and paying for one night hotel room at your hotel in London on line, for which I had previously tried and failed. I do fully appreciate her kindness and patience.”

“Easy to book, got an option of email confirmation or txt msg confirmation or both. Option of booking for myself or on behalf of someone else. My previous booking was cancelled for that reason with a different company. It was important to be ensured that this will not be an issue for us. Great location between Gatwick Airport and Central London with great price. Affordable, unlimited breakfast.”

“Cannot use Internet site in my name will not let me in or change password. This happens virtually every time I book on line. Had an account for 15yrs but useless site for those living abroad. I know my password but still will not recognise it. Very frustrating. Booked as a one of booking.”

“I had alot of trouble booking our next stay online, at first wouldn't accept payment, logged me out three times and I had alot of trouble logging back in. It was VERY frustrating, but eventually got our next stay booked.”
