“Booking was easy but I am trying to get an early check in at the London Euston Hotel for Saturday this is not easy. Every time I call the number on the website it rings for a minute then a voice says everyone is busy goodbye. I don't believe anyone is there”

“Booking was not immediately straight forward and initially I had a problem trying to pay. When I approached this in a slightly different way I completed the booking.”

“Good to talk with someone but discriminatory that I have to phone and pay for call to book an accessible room as otherwise there is no guarantee I'll not be put in a standard unaccessible room!”
