“easy to book and great price”

“Not Great - I was put in a disabled person`s room, no disrespect I wanted a bath, the room was extremely hot, poor ventilation, I need to stay again shortly, I should be compensated, please confirm,”

“Positive - Reliably clean. No frills. Helpful friendly staff. Good bar. Available breakfast. Usually easy parking. Negative points - filthy and rubbish strewn outside windows on upper floors. Cigarette stubs always outside dirty entrances to hotel. Poor first impression.”

“Have stayed here before and enjoyed the experience .. loved the old railway photographs in the bar area ..found booking online a little difficult and had to pass it over to my daughter to complete the booking .”

“Staff helpful, but for getting a wheelchair in and out so many doors most opening towards coming in very difficult. Also some of the bars in bathroom wrong side for my husband”

“Given room 13 - superstitious! The receptionist changed our room with hesitation 10/10 The room was clean and warm and we felt really comfortable. The service station lets this site down as it needs a complete revamp. I would stay there again, super staff and very obliging.”
