Booked for yesterday evening 17/10/23 whilst sitting 2mins from hotel … only to be told at reception no booking and hotel full when reception asked to see email confirmation it shows booking for 22nd I have raised a case as the system allowed booking for 17th ref 15071-2165585

Andrea and Emma at Croydon Central, and Andrew and team at London Central King's Cross were really helpful at resolving a query over bag storage. The Centrsl Croydon Hotel was comfortable and quiet with s comfy bed snd good shower

I'm sorry to report that your Customer Service hasn't been able to solve my problem. I've reported my problem THREE times. I can't book from my profile because the foreign address isn't recognized (a UK zip code is required and there is NO way to set a foreign address). I worked with IT so please don't tell me 1) to clear my cache 2) to press "not in the UK button" (there isn't!) 3) not to use special characters (there aren't!). Please see the attached picture. It is a code problem so your IT department must solve it. I only can book outside my profile but this way I cannot see my purchase history. I've been a customer for many years, I'm astonished that this problem cannot be solved. Please reply to me only if you have a SOLUTION.

The price fluctuations were remarkable. I checked your website Saturday & the price was £149, I checked again Monday morning & the price was £68. I checked again this morning & the price is £128!

Waiting for a reply from Customer services. Booking re 1572983054. my original booking was online and the system entered wrong dates. I have been charged a £10 admin fee to amend the dates. I'm looking for a refund of the £10.

I want to amend the booking but am unable to because the system has gone down. The man on the helpline said it'll be for two hours. It's still down 24 hours later.

My experience yesterday (14/9/23) and the day before (13/9/23) trying to book a travelodge was really bad. I don't know whether there was something wrong with their system but I kept getting directed to pages that weren't there or got the wheel of doom.

No water in 36 degree heat whilst this can happen no compensation no bottled water and room not cleaned despite being asked twice

I havent got refund,although i made a mistake to book this,cancelled within 2 mins ,they were not available on phone to amend dates so had no other option to cancel and didnt refund my money at all

We stayed at Toddington on 2 June a person was banging on the window many times during the night he said he wanted to get into the hotel he was removed by police officers After a number of phone calls avery unhelpful manager agreed on a evoucher I got the impression he was not interested My wife was very upset by the situation on leaving your hotel there was strange people hanging around the front door

Dreadful. I have been a loyal customer of Travelodge and this evening I made a mistake and booked the wrong Friday. It says on your terms I can change the date and keep the same lodge. I logged in, inputted my details and clicked manage my booking only to find a booking summary- NO POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING ANY DATE. I tried to call - at a very expensive rate and no one answered. I have been trying for over 30 mins. I downloaded the app and still got caught in a cycle Manage booking - details - summary of booking - manage booking - log in - details - summary of booking. WHY SHOULD I EVER USE TRAVELODGE I am so angry.
