“most of the staff were great and helpful but just one was not in the right job i asked him a question and i just wanted to go home not stay what a misery you dont want somone like that on front desk other wise i was happy i even said to one of the other staff sorry to be a pain but can i ask you a question and he said your not a pain thats what i am here for and even said glad i could help you thats how it should be to want your customers to comme back like we are doing in august as it is our wedding anniversary but if misery is at the desk i wont be talking to him much many thanks wendy martin the travel lodge was booked in my hubbys name a couple of weeks ago and is for august kenneth martin”

“Booking is fast and efficient. Until I finished tge procedure and received the email then I understand the emphasis of “self-service” on the photos. It would be even better if it is explained right at the beginning.”

“Still like Travelodge, but prices have risen greatly since lockdown. It's difficult to find 2 or 3 cheap nights together now. Had hoped to do a 3 night booking for my latest, but had to just do the 2 nights. Sometimes rival hotels have been cheaper and have gone with them. Been a Travelodge customer for 17 years. It would be nice to see a loyalty programme maybe.”
