“Easy to book online, however, if you want to phone them to ask a question, they are not an 0800 number it is 0871. Why!!!”

“Stayed at this place once before. Some guests with children were very noisy after arriving after midnight staying and shooting in the alley. I didn't like it. The place is very convenient because it is between two railway stations. That's why I booked it again.”

“Easy to book direct with Travelodge. Great rates for Clapham Junction and so close to the train station across the road. Quality budget accommodation.”

“For the price this was a very reasonable hotel. I was greeted by very friendly staff and the room was clean. My only gripe was that there was no hairdryer in the room. although there was one available at reception.”

“The app is poorly written. Fo instance, if you are looking for a room, and inadvertently fail to log in, you can’t then proceed to payment as the process of logging in removes the details from your basket. Furthermore, the “pay by paypal” option doesn’t seem to work, for some reason. If you are in a hurry, such as might be the case on a short notice call-out, these are real irritants.”
