“The desk light did not work - reported it but was not correct in the 2 day stay Come to use the shower and noted the plug was fixed and would not let out the water - reported it only to find it had not been correct on my return on day 2 - a person then accompanied me to my room saw the problem - went away to get tools to correct the problem - although this was only a temporary fix because you could see if you tried to close the plug it would stick - when I mentioned the lamp he said that was down to maintenance- then why had not maintenance not fixed it”

“On getting your email, inviting me to enter your free draw and which travelodge I would like to visit. I selected Birch Eastbound and had and did pay for it. Your gesture of offering free weekend or 2 days over weekend is, I feel, not worth the trouble of entering, if I have to pay up front. I've already replied to your email. Had no reply from that message, as yet. I await with great anticipation for your response. I'm at Portsmouth travelodge 7/8/23 then back up to Birch 15/8/23. So I do use your facilities often. Regards Eric Grosvenor”
