“error on the booking page. Impossible to book for just one person. It always comes back as 2 adults. Thus, difficult to include breakfast in the booking, if you are just one person. Please correct error.”

“Every thing was clean and tidy. The rooms were hot but fans provided. Close to shops. Ran to Tesco express for a couple of bags of ice and filled the sink up for our bottles of drinks”

“I tried to book into the Isle of Skye Travelodge, Perth. I was in my electric mobility scooter. We were told, by the girl at the desk, that she couldn't take our booking, until 3 pm. We would have to book online. When we booked our room, online, it got the date wrong. When we came back to the hotel, we found that it was not disabled accessible. There were stairs inside and out. And the rooms were all upstairs, with no lift. The girl on the desk didn't tell me that when I made enquiries. I still haven't received all my money back.”

“The hotel is a little tired but the welcome was warm (from a person) and the room the usual good standard. Just so much better than the new ones with no staff - they are dyer !!”

“Booking online was very straightforward, but for the elderly who don’t have this ability telephoning to book is not so easy. I managed to view what was available and the prices., so for me a very pleasant experience.”

“Your computer site has been out of action for at lest 12 days. to book my hotel I had to phone you, which cost me extra money for the booking. I am not happy with your company. Booking by phone is obviously a RIP-OFF to make you more money. Bruce Miller JP”

“Enjoyed stay ,staff were lovley,shame no facilities for breakfast or evening meal ,as on the sign said bar and grill.so unfortunately either had to drive some were or pay high prices at the service area ,lodge it's self could do with revamp very tired looking inside and out”
