“Good to talk with someone but discriminatory that I have to phone and pay for call to book an accessible room as otherwise there is no guarantee I'll not be put in a standard unaccessible room!”

“Very easy booking and choice of extras also as I booked accessible room they also asked if I will need assistance in the event of an evacuation of the building which no other hotel has asked and made me feel safer. Will leave another review once I have stayed there.”

“I have stayed in Travelodge a couple of times, things I could think of to make our stay better would be a bigger bed option, as for me it's fine but my husband is tall, also should be able to pick where in the hotel you would like your room, maybe an option to add snacks to be left in the room”
