“Tried and tried and tried again to make a payment. We are not all smart phone savvy. I am capable of inputting my card details in but to be asked to flash your phone at a screen is too much. I then phoned up to book but there was an additional charge! Not clear instructions about options re payment!”

“Your website was very easy to navigate and included lots of helpful tips about the area we are travelling to. The room price was excellent and I like the choice of including breakfast if needed. The only downside for us was that there are no twin rooms at our chosen hotel. Not a deal breaker but would have been better for me and my daughter.”

“Very disappointed, the door wouldn't lock, the internet although paid for 12 hours only worked 1 hour, the hotel staff not at all helpful and said Virgin Media was responsible for the internet, not Travelodge. The hotel is very close to A65 / A59 / Skipton Bypass roundabout, so very noisy all the stay. Not worth the money paid, I would have been better off sleeping in my car in a Lay-By.”
