“What a nightmare !! tried about 29 times and got stuck on payment page . It would not bring up credit card option but would take me on to PayPal page but froze on page in the end downloaded app and paid by credit card using app took about an hour . I did try on two phones and an I pad so it wasn’t the equipment I used.”

“Very quick check in. Friendly efficient receptionist. Room clean, bed comfortable. Would have liked a glass and free Internet to make experience perfect and perhaps a fan. Location was good.”

“The Travelodge we stayed at Stonehenge, Amesbury, was noisey, smelly and dirty. We paid £127.99 for a one night stay in a family room which looked very nice and clean in the pictures but, upon entering the room, there was only one double bed and that's it! there was space for a table and chairs, but it was empty. The bathroom was dirty and there was a constant stream of people walking right past our window. In my opinion, the room wasn't even worth £10 per night.”

“Very poor, was locked out of hotel despite arriving before cut off, waited outside for 30 minutes only to get inside & be waiting a further 20 minutes for someone to approach us & check us in, staff acknowledged we were waiting but pretended not to see us which was super frustrating after a long & tiring drive”

“Small hotel with free onsite parking, conveniently located for Chesterfield and the surrounding area. The room was great value but in need of a little TLC and expect some noise from the dual carriageway if in a room at the back. We received a warm and professional welcome from very pleasant Kirsty on Reception. She was always quick to respond and very happy to help; an asset to the hotel. We would stay again.”
