“Travelodge Holyhead was very pleasant and the lady on duty at Reception when we arrived was lovely and a real laugh. She also helped us to choose somewhere to go for a meal, recommending somewhere out of town. What she didn't do was tell us what a squalid dump Holyhead now is and that is why she picked somewhere out of town. I visited the town every year from around 1966 to 1987 and used to like going there but your guests should be told that under no circumstances should they go into the town now because it is so run down and dangerous.”

“room was ok smelt a bit like a dog had been in there ?! no tea spoons provided with the tea making faciities no decaf tea either when we asked guy on reception said they don't do them ?”

“I would definitely come back too stay. Very warm welcoming from Angela, looked after us through our stay and also made me and the children feel comfortable 😊 also Kirean who I believe is the supervisor/manager made us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed through out our stay. Thank you guys”

“Stayed at Chippenham Leigh delamere m4 big shout out to Sam the receptionist who was a star , friendly,informative and just nice , which helped me over come having no towels, holes in the furniture and generally a little tired ,but for a budget stay it was ok ,and I would recommend and stay again”

“Good room unfortunately they were let down by a few issues, number one being the floor had not been vacuum cleaned and it showed. The room was missing toilet paper when I first checked in. The reception staff where obliging and helped where they could. The hotel itself is very well situated.”

“Our stay at this hotel was awful and we will surely not come back again! The room was so small and the bathroom was dirty. The corridors leading to the room were also dirty and looked very unkept. The parking was awful and staff was unable to advice on where to park and were just unhelpful. Reception was very difficult to find as it was located in the ground floor and we had to spend hours and hours to figure it out.”

“I had a few problems trying to submit my e voucher, i had to log in a few times. I hope our room is better than the covent garden room we stayed in last weekend. There was no shampoo/soap. Bathroom door wasnt opening, so we were locked in a few times. Really disappointed with our stay there.”

“I have to go to the heath hospital for eye treatment every 6to8 weeks,and find it so convenient to stay at the Travel Lodge in Witchurch. The staff are so helpful and friendly to us ,and do their best to put us on a lower floor.And having the Toby restaurant next door is great.”
