“Reasonably priced for Cambridge. Nice clean room. I like the no-frills approach. Only complaint was shower could do with a squeegee so the bathroom floor wasn’t constantly wet”

“I called to check that my accessible room would have a bath, on finding it did not I asked to be moved to a room that does. The young man was very helpful, and asked subtle but pertinent questions about my mobility and hearing needs. Very professionally handled and a good sense of humour.”

“The travelodge booking system just like the lodges themselves are excellent. The problem comes when you try to log in later and it empties your basket and you have to start again or when you use PayPal- the link is very hit and miss (has been for years).”

“Booking system was so easy to use. Took about 30 seconds from picking the hotel to booking. Considering it was a last minute, it was completely stress-free which will encourage me to look at Travelodge more often.”
