“The "booking experience" is very good, we've always found the facilities themselves to be comfortable, clean and welcoming. My only complaint is the poor wifi reception in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. Our room was almost at the furthest end on the site, which may have played a part, but connection was very hit-and-miss and when you did get a connection it frequently dropped out.”

“No soap or anything in the room! Really disappointed with the stay overall! Been before but this time it was disappointing! Especially breakfast! Everything was cold and a fire in the toaster which meant no toast!! Even after we paid £9.50 each!!”
