“It would be helpful if you had a map with Travelodge locations on it so I can plan my journey accordingly. Little Chef used to do this and it made life a lot easier, especially if I don't know the names of towns I'll be passing through. Other than that I would have given 5* I prefer my Travelodges because the staff are always pleasant and helpful.”

“Booking direct through the Travelodge website is an easy process. From experience it is better to add on any of the extras nearer to your stay because if you have to change dates you can't change the extras.”

“Always very easy - I know my budget and roughly where I want to be (in London) and you give me plenty of options to choose from. Confirming and paying is very straightforward. Couldn't ask for more. This is a return visit to Travelodge Waterloo and I'm looking forward to my stay (and the treat of having a cooked breakfast served and washed up afterwards!)”

“Booked this stay to attend a utilities arena event. I had seen a few negative reviews prior to booking, but our experience was very positive. The location is central with numerous places to eat and 5 minutes walk to the arena. The price was very reasonable and staff were pleasant and very helpful (extra milk and an hairdryer). Our room was clean and tidy with tea/coffee. Basic yes but for the price what I would expect. I would stay again”

“Sometimes London travelodges are way too expensive but £49.99 I think is fair plus Kings Cross Royal Scot is well situated for where I'm going. The website is so easy to use which helps.”

“Stayed 2 nights in the Travelodge in Tunbridge Wells, for the price it was value for money But my vehicle received a Parking Fine whilst I was staying there even thou I had Paid for the vehicle and have Evident of a Parking Ticket plus showing on my Bank statement. Horizon Parking runs independently from Travelodge and is conning customers and sending out Parking Fines of £51.00 per day, £102 .00 for two days. They make it impossible to contact customer services, stating they will increase the fines to £85.00. This company Needs Investigating by Trading Standards and Watchdog. I will Not be staying in a Travelodge again while they have these Crooks operating there CARPARKS.”
