“Found your website frustrating and unclear - trying to pay on line took me numerous attempts over 2 days - trying to phone was impossible as the message was ‘it has not been possible to connect you’ every time! I almost gave up and looked elsewhere”

“I booked a room on the Internet which I found quote easy, but realised I needed to amend my booking the telephone no that was stated just rang out tried several times, eventually found Travelodge Rugeley number from Internet but it was a prime rate no so had to pay, when I did get through the Receptionist at this travelodge was most pleasant and helpful its just a pity I had all that trouble and charge getting through them”

“Beer on offer is limited, Guiness dont drink, Cider don't drink Budweiser dont drink, left with Stella, why cant you serve a decent british draft beer, comments based on last two visits, nothing wrong with hotel it meets my needs staff are efficient and friendly”

“Terrible experience trying to book. Kid you not took at least 20 attempts. No error handling to explain why it didn’t work. Worked out on my own it was because it wouldn’t accept my American Express payment”

“Booking a room on the website was easy to do. The choices and extras were made clear. The only thing that let it down was that the breakfast menu wouldn't download but this didn't matter to me as I decide not to have this option. Overall, a good site and I look forward to my stay.”
