“Unfortunately I made a mistake when I booked my hotel as I should have booked into the Heston M4 westbound Travelodge and not the Heaston M4 eastbound Travelodge. I tried to change my booking but was informed that this was not possible because I had booked a saver rate room. The westbound room would have cost me more and I would have been happy to pay an additional admin fee as it was my mistake however I was still told this was not possible. I will therefore never use Travelodge again as I do not think it is fair to ask someone to cancel a booking and lose the full booking price and pay again to move from one hotel to another within the same hotel chain.”

“The room and facilities were great. But had the worse night sleep ever due to fork lift truck constantly moving equipment from 2.30am onwards think it was for the market.”

“Sadly the Wifi I paid for didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. I moved to a different room with a working toilet, but still no Wifi, despite paying an extra charge for it.”

“Looking forward to staying at this Travelodge although my recent stay at Travelodge London Aldgste East was not great. Booking online was relatively easy although I would like to see more options for twin rather than double rooms.”
