“All ok until adding a meal. I booked two nights but only wanted an evening meal on 1 of the nights. Your booking system kept booking 2 meals. Had to phone you up which was more expense.”

“We got here very early as we had arrived from Australia but no problem getting in to our room as we paid the early checkin fee. The staff at checkin were very helpful and the price we paid for six nights was very reasonable.”

“Very disappointed that when I phoned about booking a twin room instead of a double as my daughter has fibromyalgia and I am her carer, I was told I would have to pay an extra booking fee if I book it over the phone. So just booked a double online.”

“I had a nice stay at this budget hotel in London in the center of the city. It will not have you raving about its luxury, that's for sure, but the room was very clean, the view I had was actually quite nice of the city, and it was a relatively safe (taking into account that every city has risks) location. The food in the cafe was quite satisfying, even good, and at a reasonable price. The staff is good enough, but not overly welcoming or anything, but that is fine. It is a "good enough" experience for when you want/need a no-frills trip to London in this area.”
