“Actual booking good, but searching and finding the most suitable one poor. It didn’t show on searches, only found through The Trainline! And it’s much cheaper than the other nearby”

“Booking process is straightforward, and hotels largely are quite nice. Just I was never sent a discount voucher we were promised when at one of our stays heating/hot water supply did not work. ( it was in England, but can’t remember which stay!)”
