“Easy process”

“Normally book a Travelodge twice a month. Very easy to book. Only criticism is that if I start to book and then sign in I'm sent to the start again and have to input all over again.It's not a major problem and the rate or room I wanted has still been available.”

“It took forever to login, sometimes saying I was entering wrong password and at times the login was not responding at all,was frustrating, don't usually have a problem.”

“Your webpage is not consistent. I booked a twin room but when the order came through it was a double. I moved to twin room twice before I pressed send. I had to phone the Edinburgh hotel they said cos it was August they probably wouldn't have any Twin Rooms. I was given the free phone number and had to pay £10 charge to change- a modification charge. Sorry I was not happy about this. Please before the send instruction make sure you have all the details of the room required. I'm worried now we wont have a showe cos I have not specified that!”

“Always had good service, especially at Hounslow where I stay when taking an early flight the next day from Heathrow. Staff are pleasant & location great. Prices have increased recently but still a good deal”

“Have stayed there many times the disabled room is ideal for my wife and the dog loves it there too. The staff have always been friendly and nothing is too much trouble .”

“Easy web site to navigate, easy to book , But for improvements I would like to see where you could see more than one date to compare the prices for different dates ,as to do this now you have to edit your dates to check prices for different dates”

“Staff were nice and polite, but the actual travel lodge needed updating and wasn’t very clean in places. We had to change rooms as the first one had an overwhelming smell of bleach. Staff were lovely though.”
