“Lovely stay with friendliest of staff. Extremely clean room and dining area. Breakfast was very good and had everything we needed. Only issue I had was two National express coaches outside at 3am with the engines running and the drivers chatting loudly to each other woke me up. No reflection on the hotel at all though. We closed the window and opened it again once they’d gone.”

“I realised after I had made the booking that I had arranged the wrong dates and had to phone up to rearrange things. The dates I had booked for were not 12th May to 13th of May BUT 30th June to 1st July. Now about A fortnight ago I was looking for a travelodge for a totally different trip and the dates I was searching were 30th June to 1st July. Could your "cookies" have changed the dates in the middle of my booking process?”

“my only concern over the booking was that I discovered there was information on the website (using laptop) about building work which did not show up on my ipad when I made the booking a very short while earlier.”

“It was very simple to book my stay! I only had one problem updating my dates. I went to go add another day because my flights got switched around, and it wouldn't let me add on another date so I had to make a separate reservation. But otherwise, it was easy and simple.”

“Rooms could do with a huge make over Both westbound and Eastbound Birch services, Also found cobwebs and dust in a lot of their rooms. Had some late check-in despite paying the early check in fee. Friendly staff Minimal noise in both hotels, otherwise clean rooms for the star of hotel… Thank you 🙃”

“I would use it more if the prices are cheaper. I can get a Sunday night for around £38.00 but if i want to stay a Monday as well then that is roughly another £60 plus.”

“Overall travelodge are very good as i only use it for sleep and shower, but I have had the odd one where you get very arrogant noisy people, some with children stomping round the room above.”
