“I found the whole experience from ordering to receiving the knobs very efficient and slick. The knobs are beautiful and I look forward to using them on my project. My only disappointment was that the box they were packed in had opened and they were all loose in the bag and consequently one had broken. I still have enough to complete my project though and will send through a picture when complete. I am painting a chest of drawers black and using the mixed colourful knobs on the drawers. I suggest applying more tape to seal the boxes tighter. Kind regards Jocelyn , Australia”

You opted for our Free standard shipping service for your order that is included in the price of the product, shipments are sent by International Signed For/Airmail and usually take 6 to 8 working days to arrive. We normally ship 100 orders or more each day globally and have very few issues. If there is a problem it is an easy process to both send the item back to our London office and to receive a replacement. “Ich habe 4 Stein-Knöpfe für meine Kommode bestellt. Wirklich tolle Qualität und sehr schön anzusehen bis auf einer der Knöpfe. Mir ist natürlich bewusst, dass Natur-Produkte nie identisch aussehen können, allerdings ist der eine Knopf deutlich anders und hätte meiner Meinung nach aussortiert werden sollen. Ansonsten ist alles top, auch der Versand war sehr schnell. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen.”
