“Tropical Fruit box is eager to make your experience as smooth as possible. I ordered a Dragon Fruit mix box and received it promptly. Upon arrival most of them looked great (example picture attached) but a couple of them were bruised badly, most likely due to courier handling. I reached out to explain the inconvenience and they took care of me with replacements immediately!”

“If ordering multiple fruit shipments as a gift - beware they may not have all of the fruit in inventory without notice resulting in a partial delivery and a prolonged wait for them to acquire the missing fruit for shipment. Would suggest them notify customers at the time of purchase which products are in stock and which are not.”

“There pink glow Pineapples are amazing super delicious for the most part all the fruit comes fresh super fresh but if you ever have an issue all you have to do is reach out and their customer service is amazing and they will rectify the situation”

“The fruit was all absolutely delicious. It was well packed and the ice packs in the bottom kept the fruit at a nice cool temperature. The papaya, avocados and pink pineapple were all large and especially tasty. We had never had mamey before, but will definitely order it again. The best way I can described the taste of the mamey is across between a sunrise papaya and a ripe Japanese persimmon.”

“It was surprisingly good. Not much different than a regular yellow pineapple. It was hard in some spots and not as sweet as other spots. I’m ordering one this week for a party. Presentation is pretty .”

“I'm a repeat customer of this company and I can highly recommend the fruit. If there's a problem, they will take care of it. I've had issues with some orders in the past, but the customer service at Tropical Fruit Box is exceptional and they've always resolved the issues to my satisfaction. At a time when our health is top of mind, these exotic fruits provide antioxidants, fiber, and a taste of the sunshine. Especially in the winter, especially here in the Northeast, the thrill is worth the cost.”
