“I placed order for tropical fruit box and fruit cubes. I only got fruit didn’t get fruit cubes. I’m waiting for either refund of thirty dollars or replacement. Customer service is very slow. As far as the fruit if I had a scale I would weigh because last time I ordered I had way more they say if you pick less you get more of those fruits unfortunately I don’t have a scale I’m just skeptical of what I received considering I ordered less items this time but did not receive more yet I’m being told it goes by weight so the only explanation is these fruits were heavier that’s the only explanation that makes sense I got heavy fruits this time last time I must’ve got lightweight fruits. Bananas and papayas are good. I’m in California so I’m limited on what can be sent. Overall would recommend to people just not to my Cali friends not enough options for us.”

“I’ve purchased this box three times in the last month or so. Each box shipped overnight and arrived the next day in perfect delicious condition. Im so happy I found this company. I’m Jamaican and Guineps are one of my favorite fruits. It was t able to make it to Jamaica for guinep season this year but I’m so happy I was still able to enjoy them.”
