My replacement was also mildewed and rotten. The Durian was also no good. They said they gave me a credit on my account for the Durian. The problem with that is I have to order again just to get the credit. And with me getting all this mildewed rotten fruit why would I want to order again???? The original fruit was rotten when I cut it open and now the replacement was mildewed and rotten. I’m attaching pictures of the replacement.I already sent the original pictures.

The quality of the mangoes I received on my birthday in May weren’t the same as the ones I ordered, which were similar to the ones from Whole Foods. The quality wasn’t the same, and felt like perhaps the mangoes were out of season and yet I paid 100 for 3 mangoes that I could have gotten from Whole Foods for $2.99/ each.

I just wrote a review about my experience. Like I said it was a gift for my sister and because she couldn't find out who it came from she threw it away. I thought for sure the company would have a invoice in the box or on the box.

The mango's were green alright, but they were all soft and has a horrible taste. 2 were frozen (cold and mushy)

I believe that the mailing time is not sufficient because items are not 100 upon arrival. I won't be ordering again. Simply over rated so will stick with the local pineapples.

I was sent the wrong thing twice. I am now waiTing on a replacement order of mixed dragon fruit. It is confirmed but has not been sent, so when I receive it I will do another review. I know ppl make mistakes. But it says my replacements are in stock, I am wondering why they have not sent it yet, if it is in stock, as the menu states.

Received a box of pepino melons two months ago. Have been ab le to eat TWO of them, The rest are still hard and show no sign of ripening in the future.

My order was cancelled by seller without notifying me. She promised to email me a new shipping information and so far I haven’t received one.

I sent an email after my delivery with no response. The box was damaged, there was only 2 soursaps and the free pineapple the soursaps were over ripe and one was split open. This was my 2nd order the 1st we were very happy with. This one was a waste of money.

I was not pleased with my shipment. a couple were over ripe and was told i would get replacement. i spent near 200.00 for 10 breadfruit and was only able to eat less than half

We never received your shipment.. it just got cancelled and no one notified.. had to call to find out that u don’t even have the fruits yet and I have to wait till next shipment.

The delivery process was too long and I received them rotted. Please see pictures. I picked it up from a UPS BOX.

Hi Rigobert, Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your order and although we sent it Next Day Air it did not arrive to you for about 6 days after! UPS does not notify us of these delays as they are beyond our control, however we certainly always make it right for our customers. Looking forward to hearing back from you and sending out the replacement box!

Well I want a refund cause see pictures...they were sweaty and slimy....I am cooking one now but I think it will be gummy...I will sure take a picture and send it...also some kind of web cotton thing on it...trust me I know pana...I am Puerto Rican ....and they also did not jave a pleasant smell..
