“I sent an email after my delivery with no response. The box was damaged, there was only 2 soursaps and the free pineapple the soursaps were over ripe and one was split open. This was my 2nd order the 1st we were very happy with. This one was a waste of money.”

“I was not pleased with my shipment. a couple were over ripe and was told i would get replacement. i spent near 200.00 for 10 breadfruit and was only able to eat less than half”

“We never received your shipment.. it just got cancelled and no one notified.. had to call to find out that u don’t even have the fruits yet and I have to wait till next shipment.”

Hi Rigobert, Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your order and although we sent it Next Day Air it did not arrive to you for about 6 days after! UPS does not notify us of these delays as they are beyond our control, however we certainly always make it right for our customers. Looking forward to hearing back from you and sending out the replacement box!

“Well I want a refund cause see pictures...they were sweaty and slimy....I am cooking one now but I think it will be gummy...I will sure take a picture and send it...also some kind of web cotton thing on it...trust me I know pana...I am Puerto Rican ....and they also did not jave a pleasant smell..”
