Hola yo tube una mala experiencia pedí una orden de guanábana y 2 piña rosada y me llegaron malas me mandaron otra orden pero llegaron malas y llego una de cada una pague $140 como es posible que cobren tanto y muy mala calidad mi experiencia no fue muy buena con ellos...😡

I ordered 8 lbs, they only sent me 7.1 lbs. They wanted to make it right so they credited me $12 store credit. I paid over $15 per lb and they said they can credit me $12 for the 1 lb they missed. That's absurd and unacceptable.

One star. Many fruits have evidences of insects burrowing through. It shows from the exteriors.

Unfortunately, the fruit I ordered got to me hot and fermented. I can't give a good review when I paid for something I wasn't able to eat

Only about 1/2 the fruit was edible. Very disappointing for the money. Don't bother.

The first part of the story is that I entered incorrect shipping information - ship to me instead of my son in Hoboken. I called Fruit Box right away and was told it would be fine, that the shipment would be re-directed. And the next day a box of fruit was at my door. I called right away and was assured that a package was on its way to Hoboken and that there wouldn't be a duplicate charge. So far, no duplicate charge. The second part of the story is the $24. 52 shipping charge I didn't notice. Shipping should be free. And so I called again. It took a while but I got credit on my VISA card for the shipping. And then there's the fruit. The Lychees are delicious and perfectly ripe. The pineapple is moist and sweet. But I live in Florida and all the pineapple I buy is that way, at a fraction of the cost. The Egg Fruit and Mango aren't ripe and are hard as rocks. To Be Determined. Now, what to do about getting a Christmas present to my son in Hoboken. I'm pretty broken-hearted.

The mangoes were still very green and even after they were all yellow and softer, they were not sweet, the were very tart.

Bought soursop and only one was edible. Had to throw away 5. A big waste of money at a time when money is tight.

First time buyer. Purchased a few different boxes for my mom as a birthday gift. I chose the assorted box and Mangosteen box since Sugar Apple was not in stock. She received the assorted box but never received the Mangosteen. Over a month of being incredibly patient, we asked for them to cancel the order. The quality of the fruit was sub par so I would recommend going to your local grocery store for better pricing. I’m not confident in this company.

I still haven’t received my order even though I have gotten 2 shipment notices and dates on the avocados I ordered. Maybe the 3rd time in shipping I might receive them.
