“this has been my 3rd order from Tropical Fruit Box and in all instances, i was very satisfied with the customer service and staff who are always on hand to answer queries from customers. my second order was affected by the recent winter storm, and though there were several delays in the delivery of fruits, the fruits were still okay when they finally got to the destination. the company had gotten in touch with me and offered a discount for my next purchase, which i used for my third purchase. i inquired if there's a way the fruits can get to my chosen recipient who will be celebrating her birthday on tuesday (i placed my order sunday morning) and i was told that since delivery starts only on monday, it might be too tight to get to the destination on tuesday. they suggested i take the overnight delivery which was expensive so i just dropped the topic. but lo and behold, the fruit box i ordered got to the recipient on tuesday, after lunch, right on her birthday! thanks for the extra effort, Tropical Fruit Box people! all the fruits i ordered were very sweet and brought joy to friends and relatives. more power to your company!”

“We ordered a box of cacao pods from Tropical Fruit Box, and through no fault of the company, our pods were damaged when they arrived. This was during a bad snow storm across the country where packages were delayed days, rerouted, etc. When we contacted the company to see if they would be willing to replace them since the cacao pods had been split open and had begun to mold, the customer service was excellent! They shipped us a new box and we recieved it within the week with beautiful cacao pods that we can't wait to use. Thanks for taking care of your customers, we will be ordering again!”

“So I ordered my pink glow pineapples durning a huge nationwide snow storm so they did wait a few days to ship as there were loads of delays but they kept me updated and even sent code for $15 off my next box which was totally awaome! When the pineapples did arrive,I could smell them through the box and what a glorious smell it was!!! We ripped it open and the pineapples were fresh, ripe and ready to eat! They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I am looking forward to many more boxes from Tropical fruit box!! Thank you to all that made these boxes possible! I can't wait to try everything!!!”

They have the best selection that you cannot find anywhere else, the best customer service, very efficient expedient delivery, and excellent quality fresh produce! Soursop is my favorite and it has lots of amazing health benefits! I also received a delicious free pink pineapple with my order! I love this company!”
