“A lot of companies say they have freshness/quality guarantees, this one actually honors it. We had an incident that they easily could have blamed on FedEx. But they resolved the issue with us after one email. Given their great customer service, I will always use them for all of my fruit delivery needs. 5 stars for customer service alone.”

“I loved my tropical fruit box everything was fresh ripe or ready to hang out for you to get ready to use. One of my ice packs had burst and I was not sure if the contents inside were food safe, but that just prompted to wash my fruit quickly not a big deal. Also if on the card there could be storage tips for the fruit at different stages of ripeness would help those trying new things 😀”

“The Tropical fruit box was purchased for my 6th grade Social Studies class who are studying Chocolate. The pods came in a timely manner and were fresh. The stuents were over excited and can't wait to open the pods and collect the coco bean. Their teacher is planning to allow them to create their own chocolate bars with their choice of add-ons.”
