“My package was delayed 1 extra day, no fault of Tropical fruit box and half of my Mangosteens arrived spoiled. All the other fruits arrived in perfect condition. Mangosteens are very perishable and Tropical Fruit Box was happy to either refund or send another order of Mangosteens, that is true customer service and will definitely use them again!”

“I ordered turmeric roots,Like what I received had a few problems sent a email to them. It was taken care of within a day they were quick to return my email. Any problems are taken care of right away. To me customer care is as important as quality. they have both.”

“I am very pleased with the Tropical Fruit Box company! This is my 2nd time ordering. I bought a build your own exotic fruit box with soursop, cherimoya, manzano apple bananas, and mamey sapote. Everything came intact. The 2 soursops were delicious! Definitely recommend. Creamy, mild sweetness and mild sourness. The soursops were probably my favorite thing in the box. I recieved 3 cherimoyas, one of them was turning brown and didn't ripen properly. I told Tropical Fruit Box about it and got a store credit for the inedible cherimoya 🙂. The other 2 tasted sweet and custard like. The smell of the fruit reminds me of Fruit loops but the taste does not taste like fruit loops FYI. I also had 1 mamey sapote, it never ripened properly. It got flat on the side it sat on but never got soft enough in other places and started to ferment. I told Tropical Fruit Box and I got a store credit for that as well 😀. The manzano apple bananas I got were delicious! They are a more firm texture than Cavendish and taste slightly like apple. Smaller too. I enjoy these ones a lot. I will definitely keep coming back to Tropical Fruit Box. This was my second order and I am very happy with the customer service they provide. I know I can order the fruits and be rest assured if the fruits are not good I will be taken care of or compensated so it's no risk to me in that way. They offer either store credit or a send out of the faulty item again. Your choice. I would recommend Tropical Fruit Box over Miami Fruit personally. I have used them both but I love the customization possible with the build your own boxes and the extra customer service that Tropical Fruit Box provides.”
