“I've placed in a total of 3 orders within 10 weeks period. It one of my previous that it was a gift to my sister but for some technical error I did double check to make sure that it was to be shipped to my sister but yet after I enter my payment and when I got my order confirmation it was showed that it was shipped to me. I was pretty upset and frantic at this time but I did tried to call but your office was closed so I've emailed your customer service and explained the shipping error. I got a return call the very next day we kept missing each other because there was 3 hrs time difference but shortly there after I did received a reply emailed from Anna confirmed that my order has been corrected to the right shipping address. Thank you Thank you!!! Your customer service has built my confidence back with your prompt replied so I placed another order for myself and it was a wonderful experienced. Thank you again =)”

“I had not had quenepas since I was 14 and they tasted just as they did when I climbed the tree to est them @ my great grandfather's house where he had a beautiful tree full of them. Thank you for letting me go back in time.”

“My first box of mangos had some issues. I contacted the company, sent a few photos, & viola! They immediately sent me a replacement box of mangos, which quickly arrived with no issues. Oh, do these mangos taste wonderful. Tropical Fruit Box service is extraordinary, the mangos are beautiful. I am looking forward to other tropical fruit with this terrific company.”

“I absolutely love pomegranates and they are one of the few fruits I can eat. As such, it’s always very disappointing when they are not in season. Thus, in April I went hunting for a good, reliable source of the fruit— which is what led me to Tropical Fruit Box. The pomegranates from them are incredible— they are full of arils & delicious (some of the best I’ve ever had). Similarly, I sent my sister a box of assorted fruits & she had to send me the below picture I’d the avocado, since she couldn’t believe its size! Furthermore, they are so easy to work with & kind. I had one spoiled pomegranate in my last box so they gave me the option of either a full refund or replacement box. Hands-down the best supplier I’ve ever worked with!”

“The jackfruit was exactly how I remember it. Second time I've had it in my life. It's not an easy fruit to come by in Ohio. I wish I took more pictures. I added a pink pineapple to my order for $10. Way cheaper than what it would have been from a store here. So I figured, why not. Best pineapple ever! Sweeter and juicer. I tried the recipe card that was in the box for the Jackfruit. Pulled pork. It was surprisingly delicious.”
