“The pineapple was good, but not as sweet as I expected. The Cacao is definitely an interesting fruit. I am eager to try and make hot chocolate from the cacao beans. I like that you all provide exotic fruits and am interested to try more. I received the box of fruit 7 days after I placed the order, which I thought was a reasonable amount of time for shipping. The price of the box is a little high for the amount of fruit you get, but living in the mountains of NC, I don't have access to fresh tropical fruits, so I understand the price. Overall, I am satisfied with your box and will probably purchase other fruits in the future. Thanks for providing a unique service.”

“Overall it is great. My teenage son told me about your fruits, and I was like if I pay 100 dollars they better be good. So far we have tried mango, pineapple and avocado. Oh my they are so good, they have natural taste and they all smell really good.”

“The jackfruit was good, I think I should have waited longer to open it because it wasn't that juicy and ripe. Maybe I should have waited for the outside to have a little more "give" when pressing into it. I would recommend but then again I truly don't think I know anyone that's as crazy about fruit like me to spend $109 on a single Jackfruit. These prices are just out of this world for the amount of fruit you get. Including all the work you have to do to pick jackfruit-its not as if it comes picked for you. Just the principle that this fruit is delicious but it's priced as if it's a very expensive prepared meal. Especially during a pandemic after I lost my job in March 2020 and most of the people I know don't have jobs, my family would probably slap me if they knew the price I have been spending on fruit to be delivered. I would buy it in person if society was set up to sell it to me, but choice is an illusion. There is no jackfruit around where I live, that being said I kinda felt ashamed while eating it knowing how much I spent on one, and it cost so little in places where the trees produce 200-500 jackfruits.”

“I enjoyed the fruit a lot and everything was in great condition. Packaging and delivery were perfect as well. I just had to give 4 stars because $90 was a bit on the pricy side for the number of fruits I received.”

“The pink glow grapefruit arrive perfectly an amazing packaging completely keeping it refrigerated as well as safe from damage my only criticism that I’ve noticed others have said is that there’s no instruction of care on how the raping it or explain if it’s already ripened or needs to ripen I believe I cut it a little prematurely but it was still delicious”

“I ordered 2 boxes at once. In the first delivery of tropical fruit, the fruit was perfect and ripe. Unfortunately, the second box of exotic fruit contained more over ripe and bruised, inedible fruit than good. I called Tropical and they did rectify the situation however, I would have preferred to have delicious fruit over a discount code. I know now what fruits not to bother adding to my crate in the future.”

“Fruit arrived quickly, and packed well. Most of the fruit was in great shape, with the exclusion of a couple (1 papaya and 1 dragon fruit were some what bruised) The fruit arrived slightly under ripe but by next day they began to warm and soften..the yellow dragon fruit was first and it was AMAZING!! the next were avacado & pink pineapple.. OK now [that's alot of avocado!] Each equal easily to 3-4 regular ones at the sore. They were also great.. made a couple Avocado dips & recipes.YUM!! The pink pineapple was the first I had ever even heard of it and OMG delicious!! Slightly less acidic than the yellow and sweeter. Bananas wer OK, just not our fav.. and Mango's are on for tomorrow... they look amazing and are softening perfectly... can't wait, they are my favorites anyway. OK, this will be a regular treat for us! Perfect splurge!”

“I loved being able to send a gift for our friend, and a special one from Tropical Fruit Box. The package delivered quickly. The only reason for four stars was the complication with PayPal. I had hoped to use my $10 coupon but it was not applied easily, and customer service was not able to help.”
