“My original order was shipped via Fedex and it got to my location hot and steamy meaning my guanabanas were ripe and the quenepas more than a 1/4 spoiled. The ladies take care of the quenepas and send me a replacement via UPS that arrived in 2 days. Quenepas were nice and cold. Tropical Fruit stays behind their guaranty of freshness of their product.”

“The replacement box was satisfactory. I, still, believe that the cost for the fruit is out of the ballpark, and since they are grown in Florida, I'm not sure why it is so high. All the same, though, you provided a fruit at a cost that I was willing to accept. When it showed with some damage, you were quick to resolve with new, undamaged, fruit. Thank you.”

“I came to the site solely to buy the pink pineapple however after seeing their promotional offer (spend $89 or more and get it for free) I was so excited for my tropical fruit variety box to arrive! It took a little longer than expected to ship out but once it did, it arrived fast. The only issue I encountered: they sent the wrong kind of bananas (manzano instead of red cluster) and a dragonfruit was damaged. However after easily chatting with them online, a replacement box was sent and the issue rectified successfully! Very impressed overall with my experience. And the fruit? TO DIE FOR! You’ve earned one happy customer 🍌🥑🥭🍈🧡💚💜♥️💙”

“I love tropical fruit but I live in the Midwest so this was a treat!! I loved almost everything in our box. I only gave them 4 stars because I would have liked to choose my fruits on this price point box. There were a couple we didn’t like and I would have liked more of others.”

“The pineapple was smaller than expected. The taste was great. It was sweet, not sweeter than your standard yellow pineapple.i enjoyed the smell. I thought it tasted like pink lemonade but my friend disagreed with me. This was actually the first time I ordered fruit from somewhere. I didnt realize that fruits being shipped were frozen. Overall, it tasted great.”

“This is my third order from Tropical Fruit Box. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It’s currently hot enough up here to sit outside and eat a juicy mango from the box that just arrived. It’s the closest to home that I’ll get for a while. 10/10 would recommend!”
