“My order was a gift for someone else, and the wrapping and insulation were ripped causing the fruit to become mostly destroyed. The recipient called them and, according to him, the people were most polite and responsive, and immediately expedited a replacement shipment. And I am most pleased w/the way they handled things. Their customer service is beyond excellent! and obviously, you never have to worry about ordering and getting inferior quality. they will not let that happen.”

“Box arrived in good condition, with no damage. Customer service/communication was excellent! Fruit inside was in various ripening stages, which is good because there is no rush to try it all before it ruins!”

“I received a box of pineapples. One was only ripe on the bottom half, another was way past ripe & had to be trashed. Customer service fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. 5 stars for customer service!”

“I had purchased the dup pink pineapple and Fed-Ex was delivering them I had to go looking for them, they didn't ring my door bell however Rebecca was always willing to fix it. When I finally goty box. It was everything I hoped it to be. I am always willing to do business with them in the future.”

“I do think the bigger fruits should come with more than 1 in the box, cuz come on 1 in never enough. They don't come READY to eat so in my opinion wait a day or two before you cut into them.”

“Didn’t think the mamoncillos (quenepas) would make it to Maryland but they did with no problem and I have to say they’re delicious and didn’t over ripen. Just as I remember them. Highly recommend this company.”
